Services Offered by the Field Trip Liaison:
- Contact the venue to check availability
- Gather essential information for the field trip
- Prepare and complete any necessary contracts and paperwork for the venue
- Coordinate and book transportation
- Finalize contracts upon teacher approval
- Arrange for deposit checks through the PTC Treasurer
- Compile the event itinerary
- Confirm and submit all documents, contact information, and important dates back to teachers
Next Steps:
Once we have submitted the field trip booking information to teachers, the responsibility for completing district documentation will transition to the teachers. Our Field Trip Liaison is available for any additional information or support you may need.
